This thing is a mess and I don't think it'd be worth the amount of time/money/work you would have to put into it to make it even run. If only 1226 were made, where are you getting parts?

Exactly. When I saw the price, the first thing I thought was, "There's got to be €1000 worth of parts on it, right?"

The glass is probably worth that.

Would I be right to guess you live in Western New York/Western PA/Ohio?

I bet it has no engine and no tranny. I see a SBC with a 6 speed, custom driveshaft, and 500 pounds of bondo. I would do it no problem. Just wish I had more pics of the body

So pedestrian. When I was cruising car ads throughout Europe I found an RS6 V10 twin-turbo engine for around £5000. Bolt on a six speed of some sort. Much more interesting car.

Long way off.

I agree, but the amount of fab work to have a total beater Lambo would be so much less, as would maintenance

Oh well. Just a guess based on you saying "it needs loved" instead of "it needs to be loved." The whole dropping "to be" is something I've only encountered in that region.
